Housing Manager - 6 months - Hampshire

A close client of mine has reached out to myself to assist them in their search for a Housing Manager to join their team on an interim basis for the course of 6 months.

The ideal candidate would have the following:

Previous experience in:

Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the Public Sector
Maintaining detailed, evidence based records using attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good understanding and knowledge of adult and child safeguarding responsibilities.

Your roles and responsibilities would include:

lead and manage a team of housing officers and housing assistants
contribute to the development of the neighbourhood services business plan and budget
build effective involvement with stakeholders, contributes to safe and sustainable communities and improves resident satisfaction and quality of life.
Provide advice at tenancy sign up and termination to ensure homes are returned in good, clear condition and let promptly.
