We are looking for a motivated and strategic Area Lettings Manager to lead and inspire teams across key locations. You’ll be managing branches in Coventry, Crewe, Hanley, Harborne, Newcastle Under-Lyme, Nuneaton, and Wolverhampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your leadership skills can make a direct impact. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage performance across multiple branches to ensure targets are consistently met
• Motivate, lead, and develop branch managers and lettings teams to achieve their full potential
• Maximise revenue and profitability by ensuring effective management of all lettings operations
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the lettings portfolio across the region
• Conduct regular performance reviews and one-on-one coaching with branch managers
• Ensure branches maintain the highest standards of customer service and compliance
• Work closely with senior management to drive branch growth and success

Your Profile:

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a senior lettings role, with multi-branch management preferred
• Leadership: A natural leader with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Target-driven: Demonstrated success in exceeding lettings targets and growing portfolios
• Strong Communication: Confident in liaising with clients, landlords, and senior management
• Adaptable: Able to work effectively across multiple branches, each with its own dynamics
• Full UK Driving Licence
