Our client, an independently owned TPA/ Consultancy that provides Claims services to the Lloyd's insurance market, are looking to recruit a Senior DA Claims Technician to take responsibility for processing a portfolio of DA Claims and administering the monthly bordereau and uploading all the Claims Bordereau to Broker CLASS within the agreed SLAs. Being responsible for a small team, duties include overseeing those individual accounts handled by each team member are serviced to a high standard and day-to-day work carried out accordingly, from receipt of monthly claims bordereau to remittance of funds due if applicable. You will be there to help on any problems or queries that arise from either Coverholders and TPA’s or Underwriters.

Candidates must have experience in processing DA claims and bordereau with the ability to work to tight deadlines accurately and efficiently.

This role can be hybrid-based (London/home) or fully remote depending on your preference.
