* Woolwich (£17M)

* Waldergrave West London (£1.5M)

Role:

* Office-based with site visits 🚧

* Oversee cost control, contracts, and final accounts 📊

* Manage and review tenders, ensure projects stay on track and within budget 💼

What You Need:

* Experience in Façade/Cladding or similar projects 🏗️

* Strong QS or SQS background ✔️

* Excellent communication & negotiation skills 💬
