JOB - Project Manager
LOCATION - Maidenhead
TERM - Permanent
SALARY - £50,000 to £60,000 per annum (plus benefits)

Premier Engineering is working with a well-established engineering company based in Maidenhead that is looking to hire a mechanically biased Project Manager. Experience in the water industry is beneficial for this role.

The Project Manager will ideally have the following attributes:

A degree or qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (BEng, MEng, HND, HNC, etc.).
Strong mechanical engineering background with proven project management experience.
Experience managing projects from design to installation and commissioning.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication, and mechanical systems.
Experience in the water industry or related sectors is beneficial.
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project resources effectively.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make critical project decisions.
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.The Project Manager role will involve:

Leading and managing mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion.
Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Working closely with design, manufacturing, and installation teams.
Liaising with clients and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
Identifying and resolving technical and project-related challenges.
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and health & safety standards.
