Experis are working with one of the leading technology companies in the world who are searching for their next Administrative Assistant/Executive Assistant to join them on a fixed term basis.

The right Administrative Assistant will be exceptionally organised and pro-active with previous experience of working across different time zones for large enterprise companies.

The successful candidate will provide essential support across multiple teams within UK Sales Enablement and Operations.

Responsibilities:

* Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

* Documentation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

* Data Entry: Input and update data in various systems accurately including managing expenses claims.

* Support: Assist with the preparation of meetings, including setting up rooms and arranging necessary equipment. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

* Travel Arrangements
