Graduate Scaffold Design Engineer - London - Up to £25,000 + Benefits - Ref:1729

I am currently recruiting for a Graduate Scaffold Design Engineer to work for a key client of mine based in London.

The organisation has been in operation for over 25 years and are one of the biggest Scaffolding Companies across the UK and they employ over 350 people in the London area. In addition to this they have a very well-established client base and are one of the most recognisable companies within their area of specialism.

To support the continued growth of the business and to deal with the amount of work they have now and forecasted they have the need to appoint a Senior Scaffold Design Engineer on a permanent basis.

To support the continued growth of the business they're now in a position where they can employ a Graduate Scaffold Design Engineer and provide training and guidance to be the future of the company.

In this role as a Graduate Scaffold Design Engineer, you will be required to Design Scaffold and other areas of Temporary works in alignment of the British and Euro does of practice. In this role you will also be conducting site surveys and liaise with other construction professionals to ensure all safety requirements are implemented. Following this, you will attend meetings with Senior Engineers to report back the information you have collected to clients or other Employees.

In addition to this you will be responsible for assessing and outlining any hazards that may occur on a project and put a Design in place or any control measures to prevent issues.

Essential Requirements:

• Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (BEng, MEng , MSc)
• Knowledge on AutoCAD
