We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team.

06 Care has been established for fifteen exciting years, with experienced staff providing high-quality care and support to people living in their own homes.

We are looking for a Registered Manager who will play an instrumental part in the development of our growing company. The successful candidate will focus on business growth, performance management, and key KPIs, ensuring strong governance and high standards of care.

In this role, you will be supported by the nominated individual, while having high levels of independence and autonomy in managing the service effectively.

What are we looking for?

- Has previous managerial or supervisory experience within a care provider

- Holds an NVQ Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care (Management/Leadership) or equivalent

- Can lead a team and manage senior and office staff effectively

- Will be a visible and approachable manager

- Has strong computer and administration skills

- Is business-focused, committed to growing the company, and improving performance

- Is a proactive problem solver who can work on their own initiative

- Thrives under pressure, can multitask, and is adaptable to change

- Can maintain robust governance and ensure compliance with CQC standards

- Is an excellent communicator, confident in managing both staff and external stakeholders

- Will be supported by the nominated individual and have high levels of independence and autonomy in the role
