Catch 22 are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Facilities Team Member to join our team. As a key member of the facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the Clients facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and report damages.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm

Contract: Temporary until end of September 2024.

Pay: £12.55 per hour (paid weekly)

Start: Monday 8th July 2024

Responsibilities

Conduct daily room turnovers to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and organization
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in accordance with safety and sanitation standards
Report damages, maintenance issues, and supply shortages to the facilities manager
Support other team members as necessary to ensure smooth operations of the facilities
Uphold a positive and professional attitude while interacting with staff and guests

What we're looking for

Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
Knowledge of proper cleaning and maintenance techniques
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently
Understanding of safety protocols and procedures

BASIC DBS within the last 12 months is required.
