Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Location: Work from Home with one morning per week at our Rickamansworth office.
Salary: 22.5 - 25k basic - Year one expected earnings of over 40k

Unlike many recruitment roles, this is not a full-circle recruitment role. We have a dedicated and skilled admin team that handles all the compliance, interview scheduling, contract management, CV formatting, and other administrative tasks. This gives you the freedom to focus on building deeper, more meaningful relationships with candidates and clients. With fewer distractions, you can concentrate on finding the right talent for the right roles, ensuring the highest quality of service and significantly improving your chances of success.
