Position: Clinical Deputy Manager
Location: Ashtead, Surrey
Pay Rate: £23.50 - £24.50 per hour (dependent on experience) + Paid Breaks + Excellent Benefits!
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (5 days a week)

Known for its "Good" CQC rating and a welcoming, friendly atmosphere, the home caters to a diverse range of residents, including those requiring nursing, residential, and dementia care.

As Clinical Deputy Manager, you'll work closely with a highly supportive Home Manager who has been with the organization for many years, offering excellent opportunities for professional growth and development. You'll lead a dedicated and stable team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained throughout the home.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the clinical care provided in the home

* Supervise the assessment, creation, and delivery of tailored care plans, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and updated.

* Ensure compliance with current clinical best practices and CQC regulations

* Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents

Requirements:

* Active NMC PIN

* Previous experience in elderly care

* Proven management experience in a healthcare setting
