We are looking for an experienced and proactive Logistics Manager to oversee operations on a high-rise student accommodation project in Birmingham City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong logistics background in construction to join a dynamic team and ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the logistics of materials, equipment, and workforce on site
Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely distribution of materials to the correct locations
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and the project management team to maintain smooth operations
Monitor the flow of goods and ensure efficient storage and handling
Maintain health and safety standards on-site with a focus on logistics processes
Report on project progress and logistics issues to the senior management team

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Logistics Manager within the construction industry
Proven track record working on high-rise or large-scale projects
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure
Valid CSCS card (or equivalent) and other relevant qualifications
