RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities for the Salesforce Delivery Manager:- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.- Lead or support squads throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery.- Facilitate cross-training of team members to enhance skill sets and promote collaboration.- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic guidance on Salesforce solutions.- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving efficiency and innovation within the team.
SKILLS
As the Salesforce Delivery Manager you must have:- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.- Demonstrated ability to lead or support squads from project initiation to delivery.
- Strong background in project management- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as a Salesforce Delivery Manager, preferably in a consulting environment, ideally at a Salesforce partner.
QUALIFICATIONS
Salesforce certifications would be highly beneficial.
