Administrator/ReceptionistPertemps is looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to join our client based in Westcott.The role will provide administrative support and Reception duties, acting as visitors' first contact point.Contract: 3-6 months (with the possibility of becoming a permanent role)Hourly rate: £15.00 per hourWorking hours: Mon-Thurs 8 am-4:45 pm & Fri 8 am-12Duties:- Provide a professional Reception service.- Receive and screen telephone calls and visitors, taking appropriate action using initiative andjudgment.- Provide administrative support to the business, including some finance-related tasks likemanagement of timesheets and annual leave.- Liaise with Comms and HSE colleagues to ensure safety standards are enforced for thoseentering the building and assisting with displays/events as needed.- Screen incoming mail and respond to correspondence and inquiries for all departments, asdirected.- Provide other related support as required across the businessRequirements:- You must have access to transport due to the location- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Good IT skills, with experience using Microsoft package and standard accounting software.- Good level of numeracy to support basic finance admin tasks- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to welcome and support a wide range of staff and visitors- Experience working in Reception, dealing with inquiries/answering phones, etc- Understanding of GDPR and the ability to maintain sensitive information in confidenceIf you would be interested, in this role, then please call Corinne at Pertemps.
