Qualified Electrician Supervisor - NICEIC

Dunmow, Essex

Salary: £45K - £60K (Depending on Experience)

Job Responsibilities:

* Fault Diagnosis & Maintenance: Diagnose, rectify faults, and carry out upgrades, final connections, and maintenance tasks in line with contract specifications, technical drawings, and 18th Edition standards.

* Testing & Inspection: Perform comprehensive testing and inspection on all works, ensuring the accurate completion of NICEIC certification, ready for Supervisor authorization.

* Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to Health & Safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for property and occupants at all times.

* Apprentice Management: Oversee and mentor an Apprentice, ensuring their training and development align with company standards and reporting their progress for appraisals.

Qualifications Required:

* City & Guilds 2330 Level 3 or equivalent NVQ Level 3.

* City & Guilds #removed#th Edition.

* City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/5 Test and Inspection Qualification.

* Minimum of 2 years' experience in Electrical Installation Condition Reports.

Experience Required:

* Minimum 2 years as a fully qualified Electrician.

* Expertise in Testing & Inspection and interpreting technical specifications and drawings.

* Familiarity with NICEIC requirements.

* Proven success in Apprentice Training and/or the ability to mentor and coach.

* Strong communication and organizational skills; methodical and calm under pressure.

* High attention to detail, with the ability to meet Client Service Levels and KPIs.

* Ability to work independently or with an Apprentice, using initiative while knowing when to escalate issues.

* Professional presentation and ability to follow management instructions and company policies.
