Leading and developing a talented finance team, you'll take full responsibility for strategic planning, financial control, and reporting, helping to drive efficiency and growth across the business.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic financial planning and forecasting.
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including payroll, VAT returns, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate and timely management accounts and financial statements.
• Design and implement internal controls, financial policies, and audit processes.
• Develop performance measures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage, mentor, and support the finance team, ensuring high performance.

What We're Looking For:We’re seeking a qualified finance professional (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with:

• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role.
• Strong commercial and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent technical knowledge, including experience with Sage, Excel, and financial reporting systems.
• A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
• Analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data to guide business decisions.
