Company Overview

We are an Electric Vehicle Charging company with a difference: we build chargers at destinations. EV drivers will no longer have to stop en route to charge their vehicles—we install equipment in the places you want to be, offering a seamless user experience for all customers.

About the Role

Purpose of Role

In response to the rapid growth in sites being developed as we roll out our portfolio of destination-based charging stations, we are excited to recruit for this position. The role will play a critical part in undertaking initial site assessments and preparing pre-construction information in line with CDM2015 guidelines.

Responsibilities

In addition to producing high-quality pre-construction information for our delivery partners, the role will be responsible for the following key deliverables:

1. Charger configuration details (current and future demand).

2. Proposed charger locations illustrated as CAD files.

3. Initial assessment of risks and delivery issues raised through engagement with the landowner/representative.

4. Budgetary build costs to support early site evaluation and commercial viability.

5. Detailed knowledge of sites to support internal and external reviews.

6. Providing high-quality information that our Partnership team can use to maintain communication and plans with landlords and stakeholders.

7. Ensuring that when sites enter the construction phase, the Construction Director has a comprehensive record of site history and accurate information.

8. Assisting with site inspections to ensure safety and compliance on-site, supporting the Construction Director and/or Construction Managers.

9. Building relationships with site providers/landlords.

10. Developing relationships with delivery partners and providing feedback on performance and accuracy of designs.
