Location : London EC4N

Working hours : 35h week

Length of assignment: 6/12months

Pay rate: £35,740 pr annum

To support the Commercial Events with Diary Management, event enquiries and inputting into the Diary CRM system, 'Priava’. Support the administration around the planning and delivery of events.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Working with the Head of Events and Commercial Events Manager on commercial events, dealing with event enquiries and supporting the management of the venue enquiry inbox.

• Inputting enquiries and bookings into the Diary system ensuring data is entered accurately, for reporting purposes and data analyses.

• Run and circulate reports to the Operations, Security and Catering teams.

• To liaise with the in-house caterers to ensure that all relevant event catering requirements are being managed to a high standard and in accordance with the hosts expectations.

• To liaise, as appropriate, with other clients, internal City Corporation departments, in relationship to the management of events, to ensure the logistics for the event are managed.

• To support the running of the events ensuring guestlists and notes are prepared and circulated in a timely manner.

• To contribute to the review and maintenance of local procedures in respect of health and safety and the logistical organisation of events and the provision of security in conjunction with the Head of Events, Commercial Events Manager.

• To undertake any other duties that may reasonably be requested appropriate to the grade.
