Right Now Group are currently recruiting for an Import Coordinator to join our clients dynamic Operations department based in Egham. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the business by ensuring internal and external customer expectations are met.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with either an Air Import or Ocean Import background excited by the prospect of learning other modes.
Hours: Monday-Friday
Salary: £28,000-£34,000
Location: Egham

Key Responsibilities- Process Import documentation from start to finish, including Sea, Air and Road shipments.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure any changes or issues are communicated promptly.
- Manage customs entries accurately and efficiently.
- Communicating with customers and suppliers to update on shipments
- Ensure compliance is followed as per regulations
- Provide excellent internal and external communication, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Experience Required:
- Experience working within Import Operations (beginning to end) .
- Knowledge of relevant customs regulations and export documentation
- Strong attention to detail
- Case Ware experience would be beneficial
- We will need to be able to complete Pre-employment checks. This will include a 5 year check-able employment / education history, DBS check (criminal record check)
