Location: Chester
Shift Pattern: Monday -Friday, hours alternate weekly

* Early Shift: 6am - 3pm

* Late Shift: 2pm - 11pm

Salary: £43,500
Shifts: 2-man team
Environment: Critical

We are looking for a dynamic Electrical Shift Leader to join our team in a critical site in Chester. This is a hands-on leadership role with a 50/50 split between technical work and leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee the shift engineer

* Handle contractor bookings

* Ensure compliance, permits, and RAMs are up-to-date

* Lead the team to ensure smooth daily operations in a high-stakes environment
