Red Recruitment is recruiting a Business Development Manager to join our client who maintain distributed rooftop solar PV asset portfolios across the UK.

This position is located in hybrid but you must be able to go in to the office in Gloucestershire, the salary is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum and this role offers uncapped commission.

Being responsible for all sales activity and customer satisfaction relating to maintenance and asset management on rooftop solar installations
Being responsibility for strategic decisions to include product and pricing based on commercial and market conditions
Developing and implementing strategies to generate leads, target customers, and shape the offering in collaboration with Operations
Developing ongoing, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within prospect organisations
Supporting your team to deliver proposals and pitches to prospective customers, close deals and meet sales targetsKey Skills and Experience of a Business Development Manager:

Sales experience is required as you should have the ability to generate leads, target customers, close deals, and achieve individual and overall sales targets
The ability to analyse commercial and market conditions and being able to make decisions on product and service lines is required
Knowledge of the solar and renewable energy with proven experience in this sector is advantageous
Strong management skills and the ability to work effectively across all departments
