About the Role: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

This full-time, long-term position offers a varied and fulfilling day. You'll start your mornings leading group sessions, implementing the Read Write Inc. (RWI) phonics programme to enhance students' reading and writing skills. In the afternoons, you'll focus on one-to-one interventions, small group work, and administrative tasks related to the day's learning. Your role will be instrumental in helping students catch up, boosting their confidence and enabling their academic success.

Key Responsibilities: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA):

• Lead group sessions using the RWI programme

• Work closely with teaching staff to deliver targeted support and ensure high-quality learning experiences.

Application Requirements: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA):

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience

.• Proven expertise in delivering the Read Write Inc. programme.

• Experience with intervention and booster support

.• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced school environment.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
