Primary Teacher roles and Responsibilities:

Implement engaging and effective lessons for the children that are aligned with the UK National Curriculum.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment by managing behaviour, promoting respect, ensuring the safety of all students and differentiating the deliverance of the learning.
Evaluate pupil progress through various assessments and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey, both to the pupil, other staff and have good clear and concise communication with parents/carers.
Be confident and fluent with teaching across both key stages in a Primary setting
Frequently use planning to differentiate between SEN/SEMH children within the classroomPrimary Teacher Non-Negotiables:

Must have recent and relevant teaching experience in Education.
Must hold a PGCE and/or equivalent Teaching Qualification valid for teaching in the UK with QTS.
Strong subject knowledge of the UK Primary National Curriculum, particularly in KS2.
Must have a valid DBS or be prepared to apply for a new and updated one.
