A multi award winning law firm is currently looking to recruit an experienced Law Costs Advocate to join the firm’s first class, specialist Costs department in Manchester. We will support and encourage you with developing your career.

The firm offers hybrid working – 2 days per week working in the office

35 hours per week – Monday to Friday – Flexible and agile working environment

Experience within drafting legal documents specific to cost litigation (including skeleton arguments, points of dispute and reply, witness statements, applications and draft orders) would be required.

Duties include:

• Undertaking budget negotiations
• Attending details assessment hearings, oral hearings along with CCMCs and cost applications and as such, a high degree of technical expertise in cost litigation would be paramount
• Drafting legal documents
