Head of Facilities

Pinner, Middlesex

£50,000 + Pension + Parking

If you are a facilities specialist at the top of your game then this role as Head of Facilities for a successful local organisation will really suit you.

Some of your duties will include:

- Managing three areas, the premises, the housekeeping and the catering departments

- Reporting to the Directors and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations

- Ensuring the property is Health and Safety compliant and maintained in good order

- Dealing with any maintenance requirements and allocating jobs to Contractors

- Supervising Housekeeping Manager and ensuring property is cleared to a high standard

- Overseeing the catering function and ensuring Company needs are met
