Our client is a successful flower packing and distribution company that delivers across the United Kingdom. Successful candidates will be required to work in a fast-paced picking and packaging environment with customer satisfaction as the heart of the objective.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, flexibility to work weekends at an enhanced rate.

Day Shift - 7:00am - 4:00pm.

Rates of pay:

Standard pay rate: £12.00

Saturday pay rate: £13.67

Sunday pay rate: £20.70

As a Production Operative your role will consist of various duties including but not limited to:

•            Picking and packing orders following a pick sheet in preparation for shipping

•            Quality checking products

•            Loading and unloading pallets and stock across the warehouse

•            Working on production conveyor belts in an efficient manner

•            Handling stock respectfully, with a high attention to detail

•            Heavy lifting may be involved for specific roles

•            Assisting with other duties as assigned by management

Skills and Attributes Required:

•            Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

•            Reliable and punctual

•            Attention to detail

•            Ability to work accurately and methodically

•            Flexible approach to duties, hours and tasks

•            Good understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure/cost of    poor quality
