* £13.45 per hour (Monday to Friday) £14.57 per hour (Weekends & Bank Holidays)

Main Responsibilities:

* Reablement

* Companionship

* Providing personal care duties

* Administering and managing medication

* Manual handling, using equipment where required

* Flexibly work a range of shift patterns including alternate weekends

* Help in accessing the community and promoting customer health and well-being.
