Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in a primary school setting?

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Primary School Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and vibrant team in Crumpsall, North Manchester. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and challenging behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN and behavioural needs.
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
Develop and implement tailored interventions to meet individual pupil needs.
Promote positive behaviour and foster a supportive learning environment.
Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals to support pupil progress.Requirements:

Previous experience working with children with SEN and/or challenging behaviour (essential).
A patient, resilient, and empathetic approach to working with children.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred but not essential).
Enhanced DBS check on the update service or willingness to obtain one.What We Offer:
