Salary: Up to £45,000 basic (depending on experience and brand accreditations) + uncapped OTE of £12,000

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician with and/or MOT Licence to join a thriving Toyota Bromley Dealership. This role would suit a main dealer Vehicle Technician who is looking to increase their OTE and knowledge of Hybrid technology, or a experienced Vehicle Technician from an independent background as we are happy to train and put you through your accreditations

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MOT tests on customers' vehicles.
Conduct fault finding and diagnosis using advanced diagnostic tools.
Complete major and minor vehicle repairs with precision and efficiency.
Handle routine maintenance, including light and full-service work.
Order relevant parts and ensure repair and maintenance meet the highest standards.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Service and Parts, keeping all stakeholders informed.
Meet or exceed efficiency and productivity targets.
Carry out road tests and communicate findings with customers.What You'll Need:

A valid experience as a Vehicle Technician.
A valid MOT licence is prefered but not essential.
Proven experience working to efficiency and productivity targets.
A meticulous approach to work, ensuring no repeat visits for customers.
