This successful developer are growing and are looking for someone who could join them in doing so. They have over 60 years of experience within the build industry continuing to win more work within London. Their office is based in Stratford and you would be working between site and office.

Managing upstream and downstream process
Handle CVR's
Final Accounts
Checking monthly valuations
Negotiating tenders Key Requirements of Senior Quantity Surveyor:

Live within commutable distance to South West London and Stratford
Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at a Developer
Experience in being no.1 on site and running projects What's on offer:
