Description

• Accounts Receivable and Order to Cash Lead:
• Manage and oversee the entire accounts receivable and order-to-cash process.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing and cash collection.
• Monitor and analyse receivables and ensure timely resolution of any discrepancies.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve cash flow.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Profile

A successful Accounts Receivable and Order to Cash Lead should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven leadership experience in a finance team within the FMCG industry. (a must)
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and order-to-cash processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
