About the Role

The Process Technologist is responsible for managing the transition of concept-approved products into full-scale production. Working with a variety of cuisines, the role ensures customer requirements, product specifications, and food safety standards are met. You'll play a key role in factory trials, pre-production activities, and launches, collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

Manage factory trials, ensuring technical, safety, and legal compliance
Lead pre-production and product launches to ensure smooth transitions to production
Oversee customer quality panels, approvals, and quality contracts
Collaborate on New Product Development (NPD), Existing Product Development (EPD), and Value Optimisation (VO) initiatives
Balance factory work, administrative tasks, and sample preparationAbout You

Key Requirements

2+ years of industry experience in food manufacturing is ideal but graduates will be considered
Passionate about food and its development
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to balance hands-on factory work with administrative tasks
Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teamsWorking Hours

Core hours: 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday
Flexibility required for occasional weekend and night shifts during product launchesBenefits
