The School and Role

This friendly, nursery and pre-school in West Derby, are looking to appoint a proactive and experienced Teaching Assistant to provide classroom support within a mixed ability class.  The role will be full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am until 3:30pm, starting after the October half-term.  The nursery has an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding early years education, and are passionate about the outdoor provision and their forest school activities.  The teacher-led learning environment offers a perfect balance between play-based learning and structure.

Requirements

The desired Teaching Assistant will have;

-          Experience of working with nursery and/or primary school aged children

-          A passion for the progress of primary school pupils

-          An ability to work as part of a team

-          Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
