As a Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting L2 and L3 RICS surveys, some associated valuations and assessments of residential properties. This includes inspecting properties, evaluating their conditions, identifying potential issues or hazards, and providing detailed reports.

You will be covering some of the LE/DE/NG postcodes depending on your location

Company Description

My client is an end-to-end property solution on a single platform in the UK. Whether it's surveys, mortgages, conveyancing, removal services, or online auctions, they offer access to a comprehensive range of property services.

This is a remote role where you’ve got a lot of autonomy. Their HQ is based in the home counties.

What they are after

• Experience in residential property surveys and assessments
• Knowledge of building construction, regulations, and safety standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficiency in using surveying tools and software
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Must be AssocRICS/ MRICS/FRICS with VRS

Package

• £45,000 - £55,000 DOE + bonus
• Car allowance and mileage cover (own car is necessary)
• Equipment provided
• Monday - Friday
• 25 days + bank holidays
