The Role:

As an HLTA, you will:

• Deliver planned lessons to Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils in the absence of the class teacher.
• Provide targeted interventions for small groups and individual pupils.
• Support classroom management and pupil engagement.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to ensure high-quality learning.
• Take an active role in planning, preparation, and assessment where required.

Requirements:

• HLTA status or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience working in a UK primary school setting.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for supporting young learners.
