HR Operations & Systems Project Partner - Full-Time (Part-Time/Flexible Options Available)

As the HR Operations & Systems Project Partner, you will play a crucial role in leading key HR projects, collaborating with both internal teams and sometimes their partners/contractors to deliver successful HR solutions. This full-time role is integral to our operations, but we are open to part-time or flexible hours for the right candidate.
Working in our busy and vibrant office, you'll have the chance to hone your HR skills while partnering with amazing clients across the UK. You will be responsible for delivering projects and initiatives, overseeing HRIS reporting and configuration, and the skills to support with customer and HR best practicies. You’ll leverage your expertise in HRIS, HR operations, and project management to support cross-functional teams in both internal company operations and customer-facing projects.
What will I be doing as a HR Operations & Systems Project Partner?
- Support the business and our customers in delivery of HRIS projects and initiatives with the ability to support with HR practices when required.
- Identify opportunities for system automation and optimization to positively influence better ways of working and ensure compliance.
- Creation of reports for both company and customers from HR Systems to analyse HR metrics and devise appropriate guidance, action plans and solutions.
- Review and collect user feedback of HRIS systems/HR processes, lead HRIS requirement management and scheduling process.
- Using data effectively to challenge and influence company or customer trends and actions.
- Provide coaching and guidance to our customers line managers on best practice in dealing with HR matters if required and where necessary.
- Lead on HR system changes required once knowledge obtained for company and customers.
- Proactively seek out process improvements and efficiencies both internally and for customers.
- Liaise and manage relationships with HRIS suppliers as required.
- Supporting HR Consultants by being responsible for support tracking of their customers timelines, milestones and checklists that will lead to the successful and timely set up of the HR operations (HR procedures, policies, handbooks and HRIS set up).
- Supporting the HR Consultants in production of project plans for customers organisational change programmes, redundancy projects, TUPE, mergers, and acquisitions projects and support Consultants in meetings if required.
- Supporting across company and customers in various HR processes and administrative duties as needs arise.
- Opportunity to manage/support company ISO practices and processes for annual compliance audits and positively influence company practices to standardisation of working processes and documentation.

What can you bring to the team?
- Previous hands-on experience and good working knowledge of HR systems, with the ability to create reports from analysis of HR data and trends.
- Aptitude to support the implementation of new HR Systems and review and configure systems subject to training support identified as required.
- Track record of demonstrating analytical mindset and good knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
- Proven work experience in a HR team covering generalist HRIS and HR activities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to a wide range of audiences.
- Logical and pragmatic approach to planning, problem solving and issue resolution with the ability to understand the 'big picture’ view and identify dependencies between activities.
- Genuine team player, pro-active and collaborative worker.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships/stakeholders with customers at all levels up to Director level.
- High proficiency using Microsoft Office products (TEAMs, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) with the ability to use VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables.
- CIPD qualification, Degree, or equivalent level of work experience.
- A project management qualification such as Lean Six Sigma or Prince would be desirable, but not essential.
- Previous experience of working in a consultancy or professional services environment is desirable but not essential.
