The Role:
Working exclusively across one contract, you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of all commercial heating plant across numerous retail sites between Stoke, Blackpool, Oldham and North Wales.
You will also carry out first line maintenance of mechanical services (AHU's, FCU's, basic plumbing).

The Person:
It is essential that you are a qualified commercial gas engineer and have experience of working in a facilities management environment.

Salary and Package:
Basic Salary up to £44k, private use of the van, 30 mins each way travel, 25 Days holiday plus Bank holidays, 3%/5% pension.
There is no call out at the moment but this could be introduced at some point next year
