ECT English Teacher Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality English lessons that cater to the needs of all students
• Plan and prepare effective lesson plans in line with the national curriculum
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices
• Participate in extracurricular activities and school events
• Engage in continuous professional development

ECT English Teacher Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Excellent subject knowledge in English
• Strong classroom management skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate students
• Commitment to promoting a positive learning environment
• Willingness to engage with parents and the wider school community
