My client are a long-standing, reputable business within design-led non-food FMCG products,

They are currently seeking a Junior/Assistant buyer to join the team- this role will be fully office based in North Manchester

The Role

• Liaise with potential suppliers for finished and raw materials
• Liaise with suppliers in the Far East
• Negotiate supply agreements
• Source unique and eye-catching products
• Work within budgetary requirements

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within an FMCG environment, ideally within the giftware/homeware sectors

• 2 years + experience in buying
• Computer literate
• Able to commit to a 5 day per week commute to Greater Manchester
• FMCG experience
