We're looking for a Research Moderator with expertise in qualitative research methods such as surveys, interviews, and questionnaires. This role is ideal for someone with a background in social listening and qualitative research, combined with experience in marketing, retail, or media.
What You'll Be Doing - Designing and conducting surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
- Moderating qualitative research sessions to gather in-depth insights.
- Analyzing qualitative data to inform marketing, retail, or media strategies.
- Leveraging social listening tools to enhance qualitative findings.
- Presenting insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Key Skills and Tools - Research Methods: Surveys, interviews, focus groups, questionnaires.
- Social Listening Tools: Brandwatch, Sprinklr, or similar platforms.
- Industry Experience: Marketing, retail, or media essential.
- Other Skills: Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication.
