We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic and reputable construction organisation specialising in structural steel projects across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead and manage diverse projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of structural steel projects from inception to delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare project documentation, including reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Foster strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management within the construction sector, specifically in structural steel.
  • Relevant degree or qualification in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
