Salary: £52,630 per annum

We are working with a professional body who are educate, develop and regulate both in the UK and internationally. They represent over 32,000 members worldwide, overseeing their education at all stages of qualification and development throughout their careers. They set examinations, continue professional development, professional codes and standards for their members.

They are now recruiting a Learning Content Manager on an 18 month fixed term contract. As an organisation they have over 15,000 candidates sit assessments twice per year. As Learning Content Manager, you will be responsible for the review of the approach to learning content, through external providers and lead work to implement a new framework.

You will also review their learning content publication, which hasn't been reviewed in some time and make a recommendation for a new strategic approach to the publication.

As Learning Content Manager you will

  • Support the Head of Learning Content and Partnerships by undertaking a review of tuition provision and recommending new approaches which could be implemented.
  • Identity and recommend changes to existing contractual arrangements with tuition providers, ensuring that any agreements meet future needs of the organisation.
  • Review how learning support materials are created and published by the organisation. Liaise with a range of internal and external colleagues, ensuring that and recommendations meet the needs of the profession.
  • Work closely with colleagues in the Curriculum, Qualification and Standards.

To be successful in the role you will

  • Have experience within a professional body or educational publisher.
  • Have experience in designing learning materials for paper and online delivery.
  • Have experience of working with a range of Subject Matter experts.
  • Have knowledge and experience of publishing learning content.
  • Have experience of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
