Sheet Metal Worker (Late Shift) Required Bedford

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a sheet metal worker to join our manufacturing team. As a key member of our production process, you will be responsible for operating press and folding machines to bend and form metal components.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate press brake machines to precise specifications
Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders
Perform quality checks on finished components
Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all safety protocols
Collaborate with team members to optimise production efficiency
Participate in continuous improvement initiativesRequirements:

Experience operating folding machines
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processesStart Date: ASAP

Hours: Mon - Friday 2.00pm-12.00am

Rate: £17.00-£19.00 per hour
