I am working on behalf of a highly reputable, national domiciliary care company who are looking to grow their franchise office in Woking, after re-opening the branch in 2023. They are seeking a Registered Care Manager with experience and a track record of growth.

Re-opened this office in 2023
Established company with over 230 offices across the UK
They provide mainly domiciliary care & live-in care
The role:
Working alongside franchisees to build the business
Proactively marketing the business
Gowing the care hours within the private market
Domiciliary & Live-in Care
Focus on the quality, compliance and carrying out audits
Ensure the efficiency and levels of care are at the highest standard
Be a brand ambassador for the company
Required competencies:
Management experience within a care setting is essential
Proven track record of growth & line management of staff
Excellent people management/communication skills
Knowledge of Surrey area - desirable
Passionate about delivering high-quality care
Strong commercial acumen
