HGV Mechanic - Salary & Benefits

* Salary - £42,000.00

* 4 on 4 off (40.5hrs per week)

* Overtime Available: Weekdays time 1/2. Sundays & BH: Double Time.

HGV Mechanic - Responsibilities

* Perform inspections and repair work on the companies fleet of trailers

* Trailer service and MOT prep

* Diagnose and resolve issues using EBS systems such as HALDEX, WABCO, and KNORR BREMSE.

* Take part in regular product and industry training

* Ensure that you follow all health and safety requirements while in

HGV Mechanic - Requirements

* Semi-Trailer or Heavy Vehicle experience.

* Industry standard qualifications - City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent

* IRTEC accreditation.(Desirable)

* EBS diagnostics experience, including Knorr Bremse, Haldex, and WABCO systems. (Desirable)

* Double deck / lifting deck trailer experience (Desirable)
