💼 Job Type: Full-time 12pm-9pm Mon-Fri

📋 Key Responsibilities: As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing and organising documents, files, and records

* Handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries from customers and colleagues

* Coordinating meetings and appointments

* Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence

* Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed

* Maintaining office supplies and ensuring a well-organised workspace

💼 Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have:

* Strong organisational and time management skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

* Attention to detail and accuracy

The salary for this position is £25,000 - £28,000/a (dependant on experience), this is a full time permanent position with working hours of 12pm-9pm Mon-Fri.
