Role Responsibilities As Audit Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and compliance
- Reviewing and signing off audit reports where applicable, with RI status desirable but not essential
- Providing leadership and support to the audit team, fostering a high-performance culture

The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate will:
- Be ACA or ACCA qualified with substantial experience in senior audit roles within UK practice
- Have a proven track record in managing client portfolios and delivering audit services
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of audit processes and regulations
- Possess excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop others
- Be commercially minded, capable of identifying growth opportunities
- Have exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
