MEP Revit Technician / BIM Technician - Birmingham

Due to continuous growth, they are looking to add an experienced MEP Revit / BIM Technician to their Birmingham team. You will be working on a wide variety of projects including commercial, industrial, education, hotels, leisure, telecoms, data and research and development.

Key Responsibilities

* Developing 2D/3D CAD layouts and models using AutoCAD & Revit.

* Design of full building services requirements (HVAC, lighting, power, security, fire detection etc.)

* Carrying out thermal simulations and part L calculations.

* Liaising with project installation teams.

The Person

* Should hold appropriate HNC/HND/Degree level qualification.

* Have at least 4+ years experience in similar role.

* Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.

* Confident communicator
