Interim Business Intelligence LeadLocation: London, hybrid working IR35: InsideLength: 3-6 Months
An opportunity has arisen with one of our London based clients for an interim Business Intelligence Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing an improved business intelligence function for the Council, that supports regular and high-quality strategic reporting on the Council’s activities and services.
Key responsibilities of the Interim Business Intelligence Lead include:
• Leading the development and delivery of the Council’s Performance Management Framework and the review and analysis of performance data and business intelligence for the council, that supports their plans for change and delivery of service excellence
• Building effective partnerships with Business Intelligence and Performance leads across the organisation and relevant partner agencies
• Leading the development and operation of a modern Business Intelligence function that provides expertise and strategic advice and guidance to the Council’s senior leadership team
• Driving performance improvement and develops cross-council business intelligence across all the Council’s activities and services
Essential experience for the Interim Business Intelligence Lead are:
• Demonstrable extensive experience of Performance and Business Intelligence management in a large, complex organisation
• Significant experience of successfully developing and implementing Performance and Business Intelligence strategies to deliver agreed outcomes
• Knowledge of Performance and Business Intelligence and corporate governance in local government
