ERP Business Project Manager we are looking for someone who can design, direct and monitor a series of projects to deliver each of the agreed objectives which supports the attainment of the business strategy. This is a business change role, but you will need to have experience with ERP systems to be successful.
- Lead end-to-end project and change implementations within well defined timelines and budget
- ERP at Greencore are primarily for supply chain, inventory & financial processing
- Create and deliver strategic project objectives to support the implementation and embedding of improved business processes and practices
- Deploy the change control procedure to ensure that project deliverables are completed within a planned cost, timescale and resource budgets, and appropriately authorised
- Plan, direct and co-ordinate activities to manage major changes and/or new concepts
- Formulate commercially viable approaches and co-ordinate post launch project activities, ensuring budgets and timescales are met
- Provide scrutiny and challenge across all projects ensuring alignment with wider policies and strategic initiatives
- Deploy a structured and considered plan to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged
- Managing critical paths for all projects to ensure timely delivery
What we're looking for- ERP system experience
- Desired but not essential: System 21 experience
- Has experience of project management with supporting knowledge of project techniques, with a recognised project delivery method such as PMI/PRINCE2
- Is an experienced user of Microsoft Project (or equivalent programme)
- Has demonstratable risk management experience
- Has experience with contract management
